In accordance with the requirements of the 260x4200mm three-roll bending machine equipment lubrication diagram, add the specified type of lubricating oil to the oil cup lubrication points and manual lubrication points on time and as needed. Focus on checking the lubrication of the main transmission parts and bearing seats to avoid insufficient lubrication due to heavy equipment load.

Strictly perform plate rolling operations in accordance with the specified parameters of the bending machine: plate thickness ≤ 260mm, maximum length ≤ 4200mm. Overload and over-specification rolling are strictly prohibited.

After turning on the power, run the equipment with no load, sequentially perform the forward and reverse rotation of the lower roller and the lifting movement of the upper roller, test repeatedly 3-5 times, and check whether each movement has abnormal jamming, abnormal noise, and whether the hydraulic system and transmission system operate stably.

Strictly perform operations in accordance with the rolling procedures and operating methods. This model has a large load on the upper roller. When the upper roller rises to the limit position, stop the operation temporarily, confirm that the limit device is normal, and then perform subsequent operations, paying close attention to equipment and personnel safety.

When the main transmission stops running, the upper roller can be lifted and lowered, the tilting reset of the overturned bearing can be performed, and the upper roller can be lifted; it is strictly prohibited to arbitrarily perform operations such as bearing reset and emergency lifting/lowering of the upper roller during the operation of the main transmission.

During the operation, assign special personnel to monitor the equipment operation status. If abnormal phenomena such as irregular noise, impact sound, hydraulic leakage or component heating are found, immediately stop the equipment operation, cut off the power supply, conduct a comprehensive inspection, and restart only after troubleshooting.

During the operation, all personnel shall have clear division of labor and cooperate with each other, obey the unified instructions of the rolling plate person in charge, and it is strictly prohibited to start the equipment without a password or operate the buttons without authorization; non-operating personnel are strictly prohibited from approaching the equipment operation area, especially the stress-bearing part of plate rolling.

This model rolls thick and heavy plates. During rolling operations, pay close attention to preventing hands and clothes from being squeezed and involved by the steel plate. It is strictly prohibited to touch the running work rolls and the edge of the plate with hands; protective devices shall be equipped if necessary.

When hoisting 260mm thick and 4200mm long plates or rolls with a crane, select a crane suitable for the load, assign special personnel to direct the hoisting, operate slowly and align accurately to avoid colliding with the equipment body, work rolls and control system, so as to prevent equipment damage or plate falling.
