Press Machine Working Principle
The EZHONG press machine is composed of the main engine and the control mechanism, which are connected by the main pipeline and electrical devices to form an integrated system widely used in metal fabrication equipment for sale. The main engine includes a fuselage and the main cylinder, and the structure and functions of each part are introduced as follows:
The fuselage is a C-shaped single-arm structure, with wall panels on both sides, waist panels and reinforcing ribs welded together to form a rigid truss. The oil cylinder and the worktable are connected with the body of bending press machine by bolts, and there is a blanking hole in the center of the worktable. The indenter is connected to the piston rod through a thread.
The main oil cylinder is a double-acting piston-type oil cylinder, and the bottom of the cylinder is a closed-bottom integral structure. The piston head is installed in the cylinder body. On the outer ring of the piston head, there are an upward and downward import UN-shaped sealing ring and the cylinder wall. Seal; so that the upper and lower oil chambers are formed in the cylinder.
A guide sleeve is installed at the cylinder port to ensure good guiding performance when the piston moves. Two UN-shaped sealing rings are installed in the inner hole of the guide sleeve, and an O-shaped sealing ring is installed on the outer circle of the guide sleeve to ensure the sealing performance of the cylinder port. The cylinder mouth is securely fastened with bolts, and a high-quality dust ring is mounted at the end to prevent dirt from entering the cylinder, maintaining clean hydraulic oil and extending the service life of the entire sheet pressing machine.
