Compared to parallel large-bend methods, it gradually reduces bending during the leveling process, lowering total material deformation. This not only decreases the required corrective force but also reduces power consumption and overall energy usage.
Through the adjustable work roll quantity , the number of rolls in leveling can switch between n+2 and n modes for its 13 rolls, perfectly accommodating non-parallel leveling needs from thin to thick plates and significantly expanding the machine’s correction range.

Before the plate enters the leveler, the plate thickness, width, and material properties are measured by the plate information scanning and processing unit. The measured signals are transmitted to the electrical control cabinet, which automatically performs opening amount calculation and adjusts the leveler's opening accordingly. After correction confirmation, the system will make secondary adjustments to ensure precise alignment with processing requirements.
